HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment that uses focused ultrasound energy to lift, firm, and tighten the face, neck, and under-chin area without incisions or needles.

- Apply broad-spectrum SPF 50 daily — newly stimulated skin is more sensitive to UV
- Avoid direct heat exposure (steam rooms, saunas) for 48 hours
- Gentle cleansing only for the first 24 hours; hold off on active skincare ingredients
